SBD Housing Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized, and proactive
Transaction Coordinator
to manage all acquisition and disposition transactions across our real‑estate investment portfolio. In this critical role, you’ll support our home buying and sales teams, ensuring a seamless contract‑to‑close process.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating documents and timelines, and supporting communication between internal teams, title companies, lenders, buyers, sellers, and vendors. What You’ll Do
Coordinate transaction paperwork, scheduling, and signatures from contract through close.
Work closely with home buyers, in‑house agents, lenders, title companies, and third‑party vendors.
Manage escrow documentation, verify approvals and signatures, and ensure timely appraisals and inspections.
Maintain accurate transaction records in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft SharePoint.
Communicate with lenders regarding loan extensions, refinances, and funding.
Provide transaction‑related financial information to our Controller, including incoming deposits, payoffs, and escrow activity.
Track and report key transaction metrics weekly based on company KPIs.
Serve as the communication hub across departments ensuring deadlines are met, issues are resolved quickly, and everyone stays aligned.
Coordinate in‑person, mobile, or remote notary appointments for document execution.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policy.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real‑estate transactions, mortgage/title, or administrative operations.
Must be a commissioned Notary Public in Missouri (or able to obtain within 30 days of hire).
