Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a
Community Connector Lead
to join our Housing and Communities team in West Yorkshire for an initial term of 18 months. The Community Connector Lead will act as the strategic lead for community engagement and resilience in the West Yorkshire area. This role will focus on building trust and strategic partnerships, and consulting with customers to co‑create начинают solutions that strengthen communities. The postholder will serve as a key liaison between local partners, residents, and internal teams and will hold responsibility for coordinating local activities and representing Thirteen as a lead voice in the area.
This is a roaming role, so you’ll work mainly from home and in communities across Yorkshire, with flexibility to attend meetings, events, or occasional travel as required by business and team needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and nurturing relationships with stakeholders to support alignment with community resilience priorities.
Organising and facilitating community events, workshops, and activities to promote engagement and collaboration.
Creating and implementing plans that lay the foundations for resilient and thriving communities, including identifying and delivering social value opportunities.
Gathering and analysing data and community insights to drive forward services, resources, and approaches in the Yorkshire region.
Preparing reports and presentations for colleagues, senior managers, and stakeholders.
Representing Thirteen at strategic and local meetings to collaborate and promote our approaches to resilience.
About You:
Possess substantial experience in working with and positively influencing multi‑agency partnerships and initiatives.
Have proven experience in developing and implementing new community‑focused services and social interventions.
Demonstrate expertise in researching and interpreting complex data to produce actionable recommendations and insights, with knowledge of safeguarding and community safety frameworks.
Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational abilities and capacity to work independently with initiative, while resolving complex issues balancing customer and community needs.
Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for required travel across the region.
