The Opportunity
Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Greater El Paso, TX or Albuquerque, NM area (preferably El Paso) with local travel throughout the surrounding El Paso & New Mexico sales market.
Company vehicle provided.

In this role you’ll expand product offerings in existing business through cross‑selling and increase market share with new clients.
You will balance compassion and empathy for everyone involved in the sales process and be a resilient problem‑solver who can face adversity, learn from rejection, and rally people during tough times.
The Work Itself
Sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals by explaining Ally’s corporate programs and service capabilities while effectively overcoming objections.
Service current customers by maintaining rapport, making regular visits (this role involves a lot of travel), evaluating customer needs for new opportunities, and replying to requests.
Identify non‑F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to identify new customers, estimate growth volume, and qualify prospects.
Assist in training F&I Managers at our dealerships so that customers are fully knowledgeable about Ally’s products.
Maintain current knowledge of competitors, market threats and challenges, and participate in training to sustain success.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience required.
Dealership and/or dealer‑interfacing sales or relevant experience required.
Ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers.
Well‑developed business management, presentation, and relationship‑selling skills.
Holding yourself accountable and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proven problem‑solving ability and capability to manage conflicting priorities.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
