Layout Designer Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Layout Designer to join our team.

The role focuses on development and preparation of multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering.

Responsibilities

Development and preparation of multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry.

Work may be completed through use of CAD equipment.

Check dimensions, write specifications, and verify completed drawings, artwork or digitized plots.

May check design layouts and detailed drawings.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Associate's degree in Engineering or related field of study, or program certificate in Advanced IC Mask Layout Design.

Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.

Ability to take initiative and drive for results.

Strong time management skills that enable on‑time project delivery.
