Founded in 1980, Pinnacle Sales Group provides professional sales, logistics and marketing services for manufacturers of fine kitchen, bath and outdoor living products. We partner with a select group of innovative manufacturers to offer a comprehensive range of products, services, training and support to all levels of upscale building products sales channel. Pinnacle supports manufacturers, distributors, dealers, contractors, specification professionals and end‑users. Our Representatives develop new accounts and enhance sales penetration for existing customers. At Pinnacle we operate on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) – a set of practices, tools and disciplines that align everyone toward the same vision and execution. We believe in transparency, openness and respectful communication, fostering a healthy, cohesive team to serve our clients. We are currently seeking a District Sales Representative to cover our Connecticut territory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We seek an assertive, self‑motivated, hardworking, results‑oriented professional with a luxury building products industry background who exhibits: Passion – Passion for Pinnacle’s vision and our role in the channel Integrity – Upholds the highest level of honesty and integrity Golden Rule – Treats others as you would want to be treated in every situation Work ethic – Willingness to work harder and smarter Consultative selling – Understands the consultative selling process Relationship management – Ability to develop and grow relationships Territory management – Skillfully manages customers and geographical territory Product knowledge – Continual learning about our product lines Execution – Willingness to execute a plan for accounts, product lines or market segments Drive – Sales experience in showroom, builder, remodeler, commercial, hospitality, multi‑family projects PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years successful industry‑related sales experience specializing in luxury appliances and/or outdoor products College degree preferred but not required Proficiency in written and verbal communication High degree of personal initiative and ability to work independently without direct supervision Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 – Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint电玩 Experience with CRM helpful Able to handle multiple product lines, maintain existing accounts and develop new business Building industry experience a plus, but not required Second language helpful, but not required Up to 20% overnight travel required in assigned territory WHAT WE OFFER:
