This role is pivotal in shaping and executing commercial vision, strategy, and approach. It will partner with HR Centers of Excellence to build people enablers that strengthen commercial capability. Additionally, the role supports the Group Commercial CD in optimizing Sales, Marketing, and Sales Academies to deliver best‑in‑class development across markets and business units.

Key responsibilities include managing and leading an effective RED process within the BU, ensuring proper follow‑up in collaboration with the corporate team. This role also ensures timely KBIs reporting and oversees the Successful Practice Sharing process within the Coca‑Cola Hellenic system.

Management

Lead the team and oversee all projects related to the Commercial function.

Manage cross‑functional BU project teams.

Define project team structures, roles, and responsibilities.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Ensure proper implementation of Corporate RED principles and guidelines.

Translate business capability needs into Sales Academy programs for best‑in‑class development.

Review and evaluate program success against KBIs.

Ensure the Sales team responds promptly to business needs by defining requirements, designing programs, and monitoring implementation.

People Development

Benchmark TSM roles against other FMCG companies.

Direct commercial and L&D knowledge to the appropriate audience.

Act as a role model for continuous learning and openness to feedback.

Collaborate with HR to select and deliver effective development methods.

Ensure TSM skills and competencies align with assessment standards.

Leadership

Develop a comprehensive capability plan aligned with business needs.

Drive execution of the 70/20/10 learning model.

Promote recognition of Sales trainers as key contributors to development and cultural change.

Foster a coaching culture and act as an ambassador for company values and inspirational leadership.

Relationships

Build strong working relationships across all levels to enable rapid communication.

Continuously improving processes, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering cost‑effective results.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Demonstrate strong awareness and commitment to social responsibility.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in Sales and Brand.

Proven ability to work in complex matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.

Expertise in relationship management.

Experience in defining and delivering new capability innovations.

Skilled in facilitation and workshop management across multi‑functional environments.

Intellectual agility and strong coaching skills.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
