What You’ll Do
Lead our social media strategy
and growth across LinkedIn, X, FB, IG, TT, and other social platforms
Lead our audience growth strategy
on YouTube, Spotify, Apple, and other podcast platforms
Craft compelling content
that reflects our brand voice and elevates our guests’ stories
Analyze performance metrics
to uncover insights and shape strategy
Drive audience growth and engagement , with a focus on executive, entrepreneurial, and next‑gen communities
Collaborate with production and editorial teams
to align messaging and maximize impact

These sought‑after volunteer positions were started by Reboot Partners in partnership with Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, to bring together emerging business, civic, government, academic, student and entrepreneurial leaders, to quickly expand, upskill and broaden their experiences and accelerate their career advancement, by participating in projects made available through the Reboot network of people, companies and partner organizations. Fellows roles are initially part‑time, unpaid positions that provide accelerated career/skill development and lead to targeted placement in full‑time engagements.
Over the last decade dozens of Reboot Fellows have leveraged their positions to enhance their skills, increase their profile exposure and land their next dream position in global organizations—from Fortune 500 corporations and media companies to emerging growth companies and startups. The reason people are involved in our programs, is that they are exposed to targeted growth opportunities that help them reboot their career—either while they are working at another company or while looking for their next full‑time gig.
