Job Overview We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns
Assist customers with inquiries about properties, listings, and other real estate services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our customers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
