Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Experience with commercial and incentive programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.

Experience with commercial and incentive programs for organizations.

Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management.

Experience in leading cross‑functional projects.

Excellent project management, problem‑solving and analysis skills.

About The Job In this role, you will support the Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) sales and GTM leadership by identifying current and emerging client needs across critical commercial programs (VIP, GMP, MRP, MTP, PT, ATF, etc) and driving the strategy and activation of these programs to accelerate business growth.

You will develop and drive business strategy in collaboration with executive internal business partners as both a trusted advisor, subject matter expert, and project lead. You will run the business cadence, help the organization navigate internal complexities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve problems, design, manage, and successfully deliver projects, partner with regional teams and GTM teams as well as GPS to shape the future of GBO agreements and incentive programs, and drive continuous operational improvements.

The Go‑to‑Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever‑evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We set go‑to‑market strategy and ensure flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We are analytical, strategic, and pragmatic in how we get things done.

For United States applicants: The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000‑$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. For Canada applicants: The Canada base salary range for this full‑time position is CAD 150,000‑154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities

Develop cross‑functional plans and deliver critical insights and recommendations that shape GCAS commercial and incentive strategy.

Build cross‑functional partnerships across Google sales, sales operations, finance, accounting, marketing, legal, contracts, and other teams to influence executive stakeholders through sound strategy development and exceptional program management.

Collaborate with global and regional teams on pilots, program assessments, and partner engagements to accelerate global business.

Partner with GPS and regional GTM to improve processes and operational infrastructure, and ensure commercial operational cadence, accountability and tracking to enable cross‑functional decision‑making.
