to support our apartment community,

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing leased units for new tenants, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance and compliance with company standards. The role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player ready to work accustomed to eveningsоф weekends as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred
Excellent customer service and time‑management skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Availability for weekend shifts as required
