We’re hiring a
Senior Product Marketer
to drive our product narrative, lead competitive and positioning strategy, mature our sales enablement motion, and establish a clear, repeatable release process. This role is ideal for someone who has “been there before,” bringing a strong point of view on what great product marketing looks like to help us level up how we tell our story internally and externally.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role to start that carries significant influence and visibility, and will partner closely with leadership across the company.
Responsibilities
Evolve and refine buyer personas, use cases, and messaging frameworks for various segments across the life science industry
Plan, draft, and deliver sales enablement assets that clearly articulate value, differentiation, and ROI
Drive feature release marketing end-to-end, from strategy through enablement
Partner closely with Sales to accelerate deals, including supporting competitive intel programs and win/loss analysis to inform positioning and messaging
Maintain a consistent, differentiated messaging house used across sales, marketing, and product
Own analyst relations in partnership with Marketing and executive leadership
Serve as an internal and external voice of product marketing at industry conference, customer events and meetings
Qualifications
7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
Experience working with sales teams or at companies that sell into life sciences / healthcare (or deeply adjacent enterprise verticals)
Proven success supporting enterprise sales teams with long, complex buying cycles
Exceptional storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable presenting live to senior audiences and commanding a room
Strategic thinker with a strong POV, but also highly execution-oriented
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and help bring structure to growing organizations
Nice to Have
Experience marketing platforms with multiple solutions
Prior exposure to analyst relations

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $150,000 - $180,000+ equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
