Junior Account Manager
to join the team in
Plainfield, IL
(USA).
Key Responsibilities: Account Support & Development
Assist in the execution of commercial strategies for assigned accounts.
Prepare client meetings with data analysis, presentations, ideas.
Support senior account managers in identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
Help maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Support contract management and compliance processes.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to account planning sessions.
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, plastic processing or chemical engineering.
1–3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries).
Familiarity with the North American rigid container market is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
