Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Responsibilities
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
Ensureumäng Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained प्राथमिक through the implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who Is a Good Fit?
At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Physical fitness to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location: San Diego, CA, or secondary location: National City, CA.
Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed; starting at 6:00 AM. Schedule may change based on business needs.
Salary and Benefits Hourly rate of $20, with eligibility to participate in an incentive bonus program. Mileage reimbursement (company policy).
