Compensation
Base pay range: $96,000.00/yr - $126,000.00/yr.
Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) and monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.

Responsibilities Your objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six‑month timeframe – a typical achievement that usually requires up to a year. You will cultivate and expand your market presence and transition into a mentor, imparting strategies for new team members. You are a trailblazer, ready to challenge conventions and redefine benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry.

Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
