Dynapower, a Sensata Technologies company, is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to lead strategic growth within our Renewables Business Segment. This critical role is responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with Dynapower’s most important enterprise and pre-enterprise partners—driving year-over-year revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer value across our renewable and energy storage solutions.
As a trusted partner and key voice of the customer, the Enterprise Account Manager collaborates closely with Renewables Sales leadership to shape commercial strategy and influence product development priorities. While the role has no direct reports, it requires close coordination across internal teams—guiding the efforts of Quote Specialists, Applications Engineers, and cross-functional partners to ensure customer success.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic insight, technical understanding, and relationship management expertise, with a proven record of accelerating growth through partnership excellence. Location: South Burlington, VT | Salary: $97,100.00 - $133,430.00
General Responsibilities
Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets
Responsible for visits to current and potential clients
Leads the performing of routine account management activities
Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service
Experience / Qualifications
University degree required (i.e., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Held self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
