As Sales and Marketing Manager at LEOspace, you will execute and shape our global commercial strategy to position LEOspace as a leading provider of motion systems in the space segment. You will drive international market development, build strong customer and partner relationships, and générate sustainable revenue growth. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring close alignment between customer needs andMiddle-right- space’s innovative technology solutions. Develop and maintain global market overviews, identify strategic partners, and analyze competitive landscapes. Acquire, manage, and grow international customer projects across the full business development and sales lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders. Systematically capture global market and customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to define product and solution strategies. Drive brand visibility and market awareness through industry engagement, partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives. Qualification Checklist:
University degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business administration or리가 related field. 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales and marketing for complex technical products – 5+ years for senior managers. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales and business development processes. Proven ability to manage international customers and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Bonus Qualifications:
