The Ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, possess strong communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system. This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. The Wholesale Sales Manager reports to the VP of Wholesale. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Meet or exceed annual sales goal

Increase Jushi brand distribution and customer count in the state

Manage existing relationships with wholesale accounts and serve as the point of contact for orders, needs, and requests

Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities

Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections

Serve as the face of Jushi in the wholesale market and maintain expertise and working knowledge of competitive activity, market drivers, pricing trends, and sales opportunities

Coordinate and run pop-up events for Jushi brands at wholesale accounts and Jushi retail stores

Provide in-store training on brands and products to accounts

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Expert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of products

Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge

Represent Jushi at industry events throughout the state

Relay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvement

Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed

Monitors how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries as well as online

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

50% to 70% travel; must have a car

Non-traditional work schedule including occasional evening and weekend work

High school diploma/GED. Undergraduate degree preferred

Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required; this person will be our product expert

Previous experience in a sales position preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask

Extroverted and enthusiastic personality
