The Event Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads，更 through ongoing interactions with potential customers. The role involves trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, fulfilling lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager. Responsibilities
Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques. Work independently while keeping the manager informed. Capture event leads and data accurately for our award‑winning products. Set up and tear down booths, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Requirements
Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Attention to detail and punctuality. Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate customers about our product line. High energy, engagement, and endurance for extended periods at events. Ability to utilize our proven lead‑generation system. Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads. What We Offer
Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission, paid weekly every Friday. Compensation increases based on event performance. Paid training and flexible scheduling. Opportunities for growth into management positions. Benefits
