Country Marketing Specialist , you will serve as the primary liaison between the Hub and the assigned country operations, including sales and management teams, and help the organization achieve budgeted sales goals.

What We Are Looking For A Marketing Specialist with experience supporting Hub marketing functions such as Customer Marketing, Brand & Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing. Key responsibilities include planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and webinars; managing event logistics and vendor relationships; and overseeing participant communication and registration. The Marketing Specialist also supports a wide range of marketing initiatives, including collateral and sales tool requests, website content updates, KOL program coordination, and vendor‑related projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Hub Marketing Communications Specialist and Hub Digital Marketing Specialist; execute event marketing campaigns and promotions; manage event content and materials production.
Coordinate customer training sessions and webinars; support KOL and community engagement events; manage event‑based customer relationship building.
Track and report performance for Hub & SPOKE; share best practices and insights; adapt best practices from others.
Collect and report market requirements and customer feedback from country sales teams to Hub for HQ strategy development and activity planning.
Track, collect and report assigned shared KPIs and market insights to Hub marketing.
Localise, execute and publish global marketing campaigns and activities معرفی across all channels (traditional, digital, events, PR) as directed by Hub marketing team.
Generate local content in collaboration with HQ and Hub marketing functions.
Coordinate local marketing activities with sales teams and support with marketing materials and customer‑facing activities.
Ensure all marketing communications and materials comply with global, regional and local regulations and guidelines before publication.
Organise and execute local marketing events, webinars, and training sessions for customers and customer‑facing employees.
Build, maintain and engage local KOL and peer‑to‑peer communities.
Support customer data management and marketing database maintenance.
Provide local marketing support and service for customer inquiries.
