Field Marketing Specialist – Indianapolis (On‑Site)
The Specialist, Field Marketing works with the Manager, Field Marketing to develop and execute field marketing support within their region. They demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability over their area, executing strategies and delivering results. As a key member of the team, they support the growth and success of retail stores through various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and measure marketing plans that support sales objectives, Serve local events, community events, and experiential activations within the designated region.
Study local markets, create regional playbooks, and conduct competitive shopping research to stay up‑to‑date on trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Plan and ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives.
Manage local marketing budgets and timelines.
Monitor and analyze initiative performance, reporting results to the management team.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Marketing (Required).
Field Marketingnahmen (Preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience (Required).
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with document management systems.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Maintain confidentiality.
