Marketing Liaison
American Advanced Management – Full‑time, exempt position within Admissions/Marketing. Reports to the Director of Marketing.
Position Summary The Marketing Liaison develops census targets, builds referral relationships in the assigned geographic territory with an emphasis on face‑to‑face contacts, assists with the referral‑to‑admission conversion process, and represents Central Valley Specialty Hospital in community activities.

Maintains database collection in appropriate software and follows established processes.
Maintains weekly cancelled warehouses logs and reports as requested by corporate office. joten.
Submits development materials for approval.
Performs initial pre‑admission assessment and chart review.
Obtains financial information as necessary from chart.
Assesses patient stability for hospitalization. \同 Interviews patient, family, physician, and discharge planners to gather information and determine special needs.
Communicates special needs to appropriate staff. сложен.
Adheres to admission needs regarding patient transfer and coordination.
Communicates with payer sources as required.
Coordinates pertinent data with admitting personnel prior to patient admission.
Interprets relevant facility policies to patients and families; explains financial information and hospital collateral materials.
Participates in community activities and educational seminars.
Educates hospital‑based healthcare professionals, physicians, patients, and families regarding services and programs.
Attends meetings as required.
Manages territory and achieves assigned volume expectations.
Participates in educational presentations to health professionals and the public.
Participates in program development as requested.
Maintains documentation on contacts and activities.
Completes required database entry collection in a timely manner.
Maintains relationships with physicians and other entities.
Participates in other activities and special events.
Maintains documentation in compliance with regulatory agencies.
Maintains confidentiality of all medical records.
Displays a customer‑service attitude toward patients, visitors, staff, and referral sources.
Communicates with customers at their level of understanding and explains marketing policies with clarity.
Supports annual business development initiatives.
Implements Plan of Week/Plan semplicizer..marketers Strategies for admissions/marketing team.
Provides coverage for act on referrals 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
Ensures all printed collateral and purchased marketing items are from corporate vendors only.
Develops and improves contracting relationships at the corporate level.
Works closely with the Director of Marketing to move contracts to execution/implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a clinician or tech in a healthcare environment.
Minimum _interp1 year successful sales experience in a healthcare environment.
Previous experience with acute hospital, rehab hospitals, or long‑ আলোne care marketing preferred.
Compensation $75,000 – $110,000 annually.
