We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to support internal marketing coordination and brand-related administrative activities at our Dallas location. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, client support, and cross-department coordination within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives that support company services and brand consistency.
Support the preparation and organization of marketing materials, documents, and internal resources.
Maintain accurate marketing records, files, and project documentation.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and timelines related to marketing and business development activities.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
