CRM Manager
to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management systems, ensuring seamless processes and enhanced client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s CRM system to improve efficiency and usability
Develop workflows, automations, and data management strategies within the CRM
Monitor and analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights on customer behavior and engagement
Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure system adoption across departments
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to improve lead management and customer retention
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the CRM platform
Generate reports and dashboards for management decision-making
Qualifications
Proven experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and integrations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and training abilities for cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
