Overview Hiring Immediately—As a full‑time sales representative, we’re preparing you to succeed in more than just your current position. You will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers
Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
Team building and mentorship
Qualifications
Highly developed communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Self‑motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry across diverse career paths
Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
BA/BS preferred
Compensation
$3,900 sign‑on bonus*
Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
Average earning potential: $72,000 – $130,000 per year
Sign‑on bonus paid weekly in $325 increments over twelve weeks of initial training; full bonus contingent on successful completion of training
