Risk and Identity Services (RaIS) uses leading edge Artificial Intelligence to develop fraud prevention and risk management products for issuer, merchant, and acquirer clients. These services provide real‑time risk intelligence and identity verification to help block fraud and approve legitimate cardholder activity.
This role will meaningfully contribute to the commercializationʻani activities of multiple products across our Predictive Fraud Intelligence portfolio.
This will include compelling ways to communicate potential and realized value to clients and providing opportunity analysis to help drive the product roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product commercialization, market analysis, and internal cross‑functional teams, and familiarity with B2B data products. You will be responsible for crafting commercialization strategies, driving and refining product messaging, and enabling the go‑to‑market teams for success.
Responsibilities
Lead the opportunity sizing for each product, develop infrastructure to help communicate opportunity and threats to product revenue to help align our product backlogs
Develop reporting tools which automate the creation of client‑level opportunity guides for client‑facing staff
Innovate new ways of measuring and communicating potential and realized value for clients’ use of our products
Contribute to the creation of client‑facing product performance visualizations
Partner with VAS sales, data scientists, fraud experts and risk managers to ensure cohesive planning and execution
Lead the business‑case creation for new products and product extensions
Contribute to multi‑product client proposals
Drive and refine both functional and product‑level messaging
Lead the creation of both function and product‑supporting collateral in conjunction with product marketing
Contribute to the creation of client‑facing assets (videos,.generic? websites, etc.)
This is a hybrid position; the expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications \ print> 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD>, or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Meaningful experience with visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and storytelling withInitialize data
5 or more years of product management and go‑to‑market experience
Hands‑on experience with complex data‑driven product and experience translating complex technology into clear customer value propositions
Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills are required; candidates will be expected to communicate business and technical issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally
Self‑starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide and across time zones
Knowledge and experience with partner management to foster effective relationships that result in.DAL communication
Great storytelling with data skills, ability to map client needs to product solution

Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
