Role Description
This is a full‑time, hybrid role for an Outside Commercial Sales Representative located in Upstate, NY. The role involves managing commercial sales opportunities, following up on leads and client interactions, and coordinating with team members to ensure sales targets are achieved. The role will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients, preparing bids, specifications and pricing all with a fine attention to detail. This role will also have a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in light or medium duty vehicle sales
Strong follow‑up skills and ability to maintain client interactions
Proficiency in analytical skills to analyze sales data and trends
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in sales or the transportation industry is an advantage
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies for sales managementAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Strong organization skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency with reading and responding to bids
Must be proficient with computer systems and the office platform
