Our Client is a fast‑growing, design‑led lighting company operating globally across retail and e‑commerce. They specialise in premium designer lighting solutions for residential and commercial customers and are continuing to scale their remote sales team to support international growth.

About the Role Our Client is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Executive to join their remote sales team. This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries, developing client relationships, and closing high‑value lighting sales. With an average order value of approximately $6,000, this is a consultative sales role rather than a high‑volume transactional position.

role. Candidates must be based in one of the approved locations listed below.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound sales enquiries and qualify prospective customers

Act as the first point of contact for new leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Present and sell premium lighting solutions in a consultative manner

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and follow‑up

Maintain an accurate and well‑organised sales pipeline using the CRM

Follow a structured sales process and participate in ongoing sales training

Complete required administrative and reporting tasks

Represent the brand professionally with strong product knowledge

Employment type: Permanent, full‑time

Work arrangement: Fully remote, work from home

Working schedule: Monday to Saturday

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Requirements Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally transactional or project‑based sales to SMB customers

Strong phone and video communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools

Commercially minded, results‑driven, and accountable for outcomes

Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement

Performance Expectations

Close a minimum of 10 quotes per month

Maintain a close rate of at least 35 percent

Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
