The Judge Group is seeking a Sales Manager for its major aerospace production and distribution corporation in the Fayetteville, GA area. The qualified individual will have experience in the General Aviation Industry from a Sales Management perspective.-hasp this position will lead to a rapid promotion track and requires a candidate ready to move to the next level.
Must Have:
A strong understanding of the General Aviation Industry and Customer Network
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience in commercial aviation sales
Ability to travel extensively when needed (20% to 50%)
Responsibilities:
Lead business development for products and services in the Commercial aviation space
Improve brand loyalty and bring in new business opportunities
Manage high‑profile accounts through client visits and regular correspondence (Advertising aholage, Merchandising, Promotions)
Forecast short‑ and long‑term potential sales
Meet sales goals for products and services
Develop sales action plans
Education:
Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree
Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong experience with Salesforce.com (or equivalent) and desire to utilize the tool
APICS certification would be considered a plus
