Responsibilities
Craft high-quality Revit drawings in collaboration with the sales team.
Assist in creating permit sets for county approval.
Engage in high-level problem solving to ensure project success.
Develop smarter and faster workflows to enhance efficiency.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft applications.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Experience with BIM, drafting, design, and Bluebeam.
Ability to multi‑task effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in identifying problems and creating problem‑solving processes.
Work Environment Work onsite for 40 hours a week in a supportive team culture that celebrates achievements. Collaborate closely with the sales and purchasing teams under the guidance of a 30‑year industry leader in home building.
