We are seeking a licensed, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our award-winning real estate team as a Transaction Coordinator. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth execution of real estate transactions by managing contracts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of real estate operations within our top-producing team.
Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and process real estate contracts (purchase and lease agreements), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Track contract deadlines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely transaction execution.
Act as the primary liaison among agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, and other transaction partners to coordinate updates, resolve issues, and support negotiations.
Conduct quality control reviews to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
Provide administrative support to agents and brokers, including scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and office organization.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven experience and understanding of real estate contract administration, transaction coordination, listing coordination, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, DocuSign, ZipForms, Skyslope, Top Producer, or similar CRM/transaction management systems).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
