About the Role In this role you will report to the BDR Manager and be responsible for generating new leads and demos of our core product, the WelcomeHome CRM, along with additional product lines. Success is based on outbound sales activity that involves performing company research, generating interest through calls, emails, and conferences, seamless and successful handoff of demos to Account Executives, and quota attainment. Specific responsibilities include:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, cold outreach, and leveraging industry contacts.
referido Prospecting: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone calls, and social media to engage with prospects and generate interest in our products.
Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile and have a genuine need for our products.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations, ensuring a seamless handover of leads.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system (e.g., Hubspot), ensuring data integrity.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and product teams.
Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation andگرد qualification targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals.

Earned their undergraduate degree.
Prior BDR experience at a SaaS company.
Experience with cold calling, emailing, and maintaining CRM entries.
Strong competitive spirit.
This position is based in our Atlanta office. WelcomeHome supports hybrid work; employees for this role are eligible after the onboarding period (3‑6 months of full‑time employment).
