Description Team: SmartDollar
Location: Franklin, TN – on-site. Relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available.
Salary: $95,000-$110,000/year (base and commission). Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission.

Work Location Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on-site under the same roof, with flexible schedules to accommodate life’s demands.
Responsibilities
Support SmartDollar’s top enterprise clients—those investing $50K+ annually—through onboarding to renewal.
Build deep, strategic relationships with business leaders and guide organizations toward meaningful employee financial wellness outcomes.
Collaborate across departments to drive retention and multi‑year growth.
Maintain monthly client communication, meet each partner onsite annually, manage a substantial book of business, and represent SmartDollar with professionalism and mission‑driven conviction, including up to 50% travel.
Qualifications
5+ years of relationship management or customer success experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
Confident and polished in conversations with C‑suite leaders and senior stakeholders, with bilingual (Spanish speaking) capability preferred.
Build trust through intentional long‑term relationships—not transactional interactions.
Mission‑driven and able to hold firm to values while engaging in corporate environments.
Collaborate naturally across teams and enjoy solving complex client problems with unity and clarity.
