Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will sell Dulles Glass products and services effectively by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive customer interactions, while focusing on exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities
Meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction by understanding products and services, probing customer needs, and addressing questions. Answer incoming calls, greet customers, and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally. Make sales leads and follow up with potential and current clients. Schedule sales or jobs according to procedures, demonstrating proficiency with the point of sale system. Perform daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, and mail management. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in retail sales is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Company training will be provided. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and product knowledge. Benefits
