Franklin Ford is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong basis on used cars to lead our dynamic sales team in Franklin, MA. This role is essential in driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the automotive market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Desk deals and TO customers to ensure that every possible sale is closed.
Monitor used car pricing and trends to ensure that proper inventory levels maintained.
Train sales people on best practices to increase Sales and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity withCRM software (Elead preferred) and sales performance metrics.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
