Retail Sales Manager – Love Wellness
Base pay range:
$80,000–$100,000 per year

ાઉ Key Responsibilities Operations
Manage item setup, vendor portalsైన promo forms, retailer submissions, and updates across key accounts.
Maintain all retail trackers including promo calendars, launch timelines, item lists, fixture tracking, sample tracking, and pricing.
Partner with brokers on follow‑ups, tasks, deadlines, and retailer requirements.
Support the Senior Retail Marketing Manager with promo submissions, creative routing, PDP updates, display and fixture tracking, and asset deadlines.
Amplify "Track" competitive activity at key retailers and summarize findings for the team. Support trade spend documentation, deduction tracking, and simple ROI summaries.
Reporting and Analytics
Pull,ೋಗ್ಯynthesize, and analyze POS and shipment data across all retailers.
Build weekly performance reports with insights, trends, and risks.
Monitor velocity, distribution, promo lift, and competitive shifts by retailer.
Maintain a weekly log of risks and opportunities by account.
Build clean, insight‑driven decks for line reviews, QBRs, retailer recaps, and internal leadership meetings.
Visualize sales trends, promo performance, and competitive insights in a clear and simple way.
Support the VP of Sales by providing a Sales POV on performance trends and forecast alignment.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Finance on forecast validation and monthly retail reporting inputs.
Partner with Operations to track supply, timing, item status, and replenishment.
Work with Brand and864184and creative teams on retailer asset timeline tracking.
Coordinate with brokers to ensure all retail‑facing deliverables and submissions are accurate and on time.
Qualifications
Greppo Able to commute to the NYC office three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in sales support, retail operations, analytics, broker management, or CPG.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyze data and build clear visuals.
Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides skills with comfort building strategic decks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working with brokers, supply chain teams, marketing teams, ஈட and external partners.
Interest in the health and wellness category and retail landscape.
Personal Characteristics
Highly organized with excellent follow‑through.
Analytical with the ability to translate data into insights.
Strong communicator who can work with many different partners.
