Base pay range:

$51,000 - $99,500 per year.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Manage වේ assigned book of business and expand relationships with existing clients.

Lead appropriate resources to address the client’s risk/capital management needs.

Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and coverage, cultivating relationships with senior buyer and day‑to‑day representatives; maintain retention goals for assigned accounts.

Coordinate work of administrative support and customer service as required.

Serve as first line of contact when Account Executive or Broker/Producer is unavailable.

Other duties as assigned.

About You Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination and/or claims management experience, or high school degree with 8+ years of experience. License required. Able to priro travel ~25% of the time.

Preferred:

Microsoft Windows and MS Office.

Property & Casualty insurance license.

Understanding of the insurance brokerage business.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity.

Desire to deliver results.
