We are seeking a driven Direct Sales Representative for Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through prospecting and networking.
Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our fitness equipment.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand and articulate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

You must reside in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky or relocate to one of those states to be considered. 3+ years of experience in B2B or capital equipment sales, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or health industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clientele.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with fitness equipment and a passion for health and wellness.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
