Job Description Job Description Phantom Capital is seeking a Full-Time Property Superintendent/ HANDS-ON Property Manager to become a part of our team. We are a growing multi-family investment firm looking for a full time superintendent/property manager to maintain and manage our properties across the tri-state area. Must have prior experience in construction, property management, and be proficient in elements of plumbing and electrical work. Most important is a commitment and willingness to grow and thrive within a company and be able to take on greater responsibility as our company grows. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Attend to property emergencies and service calls Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or other related fields Experience as a building superintendent/construction Plumbing and Electrical experience Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
