Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Manage and mentor on-site construction teams to maintain high performance.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality assurance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
