SR UX Designer

Description: • At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience • Usability Analyst certification desirable • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Understanding of the trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical, information security, and business constraints, and ability to propose appropriate compromises Experience in: • Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage. • Envisioning the user experience for multiple enterprise applications with complex business needs • Experience with Figma is important • Connecting dots and bringing a cohesive experience across deliverables produced in different project tracks • Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts • Basic experience with other Prototyping tools, HTML/CSS & Photoshop is a plus
