Job Title: Graphic Designer (Temp/1099)
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Reports to: Design Manager
Department: Marketing
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Contract (This is a temporary 1099 role)
Job Purpose: The Graphic Designer supports ALKEME's growing insurance organization by executing day-to-day and recurring design needs. This role focuses on production-level design work, brand application, and supporting agency marketing initiatives, allowing senior design leadership to focus on large-scale branding and revenue-driving projects.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Production and Execution Design marketing assets including flyers, slide decks, digital graphics, and internal materials. Create event-related assets such as banners, backdrops, booth signage, and supporting collateral. Build presentation decks using existing templates for individual agencies. 2. Brand Support and Consistency
Support onboarding design needs for newly acquired agencies, including co-branded or adapted logos and brand-aligned assets. Assist with maintaining brand consistency across multiple agency brands while following established brand guidelines. 3. Collaboration and Workflow Management
Work closely with the Design Manager to execute assigned projects efficiently. Manage multiple small projects simultaneously, incorporate feedback accurately, and deliver revisions promptly. Qualifications Education & Experience
1-3 years of graphic design experience, either freelance or in-house. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience working from templates and established brand guidelines. Comfort handling production-level and repeatable design tasks. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with design leadership. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Compensation:
