Packaging Associate
Your role will provide you the responsibility for your area of packaging
ensuring smooth running and troubleshooting problems. The role is about more than just efficiency - Our commitment to innovation runs through the whole business. Location: Wanamingo, MN Pay Range: $23.50/hr Shifts Available: -Sun-Thur 10:00pm - 6:00am or -Fri-Sat 10:00pm - 10:00am Essential Duties/Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment including shut down/start up procedures, troubleshoot equipment problems Monitor semi-automated machinery to ensure proper packaging Ensure all components being used match packaging set-up form Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements Complete documentation accurately and legibly Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary workplace Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership Qualifications Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs containers Ability to follow directions accurately Attention to detail and organization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Time management skills Education/Experience
