Commercial Lines Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and support Servicing accounts in every aspect (billing, invoicing, assisting with claims, renewals, etc) Experience with GL, WC, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc and knowledge of major carriers Full knowledge of insurance products, coverages and rating procedures, and carrier guidelines to effectively manage, maintain, and write new business and service the policies of clients and/or prospects. Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Commercial lines insurance Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and collaboratively Customer focused mindset with a problem solving attitude Proficiency in Applied Epic or AMS 360 Please submit a resume for consideration.
