Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Days, 4-10s.
Job Description
The Surgical Technologist will work in the cardiovascular operating room, assisting surgeons by preparing the surgical field, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment to ensure the smooth flow of procedures.
Responsibilities
Prepare surgical instruments and the operating field for cardiovascular surgery. Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during surgical procedures. Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room. Assist in turning over operating room rooms to keep surgical cases flowing smoothly. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology. Strong cardiac surgery skills and thoracic da Vinci experience are essential. Must be available for on-call requirements as needed. Why ARMStaffing?
