We have an opportunity at the Rockford location of a national leader in managed healthcare. As an Intake Specialist, you will use your excellent communication and data entry skills every day. Strong customer service experience and medical terminology is helpful. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the medical field. Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Pay: $16.50/hour Benefits: Furst Benefits Intake Specialist Responsibilities: Take incoming calls from doctors offices and hospital admissions departments Transfer calls to appropriate staff Set up files, enter demographic information Intake Specialist Requirements: Ability to enter data while speaking on the phone Comfortable using software
