About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Medicare Advantage CEO. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, leading complex initiatives, and managing executive-level priorities to ensure the CEO can focus on critical decisions and opportunities. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in healthcare strategy, analytical skills, project management, and strategic planning. The Chief of Staff will serve as a proxy for the CEO, supporting decision-making with rigorous analysis and business judgment, and will be responsible for driving the execution of top Medicare Advantage priorities in alignment with growth, quality, and financial objectives.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in Chief of Staff roles, management consulting, healthcare strategy, or complex operating environments, and a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is a plus. The role demands exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence without authority. A strong understanding of healthcare, insurance, or Medicare Advantage economics is preferred. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in strategic planning, annual OKR development, and will be the key liaison with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The position is pivotal in establishing operating rhythms, goal tracking, and accountability mechanisms across the organization, and the candidate must be adept at handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
