Outside Sales Specialist - OR
Join an exciting new delivery program where you will be instrumental in recruiting local businesses to become part of a dynamic delivery partner network. This role involves direct engagement with potential partners, fieldwork, and collaboration with community influencers. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the expansion of the program. Responsibilities Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications. Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and town hall meetings. Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly to maintain data integrity. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service. Required experience in outside/field sales. Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Strong prospecting and outbound call skills. Sales management experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Professionalism and enthusiasm for collaboration. High sense of urgency and attention to detail. Problem-solving capabilities for field applicants. Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technology. Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily. Work Environment The role involves being in the field 4-5 days a week, with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home-based administrative tasks. Employees may expect reimbursement for phone bills and mileage, providing a supportive and flexible work environment. The position offers the opportunity to build community partnerships and work closely with small businesses. Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Medford, OR.
