no work-from-home now or in the future Industrial or manufacturing industry background strongly preferred Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a collaborative onsite team of five in Telford, PA. This role supports customers primarily via email (90%), with limited phone interaction (10%). The CSR will be responsible for order processing, quoting, customer communication, and administrative support for sales and operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires someone comfortable walking the plant floor, interacting cross-functionally with office and production teams, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders and quote requests Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, pricing, and product availability Provide excellent customer service via email and phone Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Handle customer complaints professionally and route issues appropriately Act as primary contact for Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs), credit memos, and quality-related orders Coordinate with Scheduling, Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, and Production teams Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and internal systems Support Inside Sales, Application Engineers, Product Specialists, and Sales Managers Proactively resolve customer, product, and pricing issues Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma required 3+ years of Sales Support, Customer Service or Inside Sales experience required Industrial or manufacturing environment experience Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office (Excel reporting required) CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization Proven ability to collaborate across departments Skills & Abilities Customer service and service orientation Active listening and clear communication Critical thinking and problem-solving Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Professional phone and email etiquette Interview Process Resume review In-person interview only Why Join Us?
