This job is a hybrid role, reporting in-person three days a week in Culver City, LA.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Set the example to foster an environment of a more judgment-free creative world, by producing and testing a high volume of insights-based content.
- Lead the development and execution of creative content rooted in insights for a variety of clients.
- Mentor and manage a full creative team of 15+ people, including designers, writers and creators.
- Collaborate with inter-agency departments and teams to develop a variety of content needs.
- Operate as quality control and brand steward for the creative team.
- Act as a dotted line to senior leadership, including C level stake-holders.
- Lead the development and growth of each team member.
- Must understand, articulate, and strategically apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices.
- Attend client meetings and be the voice that communicates creative vision and processes.
- Work to streamline creative processes to improve team structure.
- Actively support and participate in new business projects.
- Develop high-impact creative that connects with enterprise and technology audiences.
- Partner with strategy, marketing, and client teams to craft B2B narratives.
- Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 10+ years of advertising experience, developing and creating digital/social strategies, and campaigns.
- Mastery of industry and digital best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of design, platform, industry, and creative trends.
- Exceptional management experience leading large teams.
- Experience building strong client relationships.
- Partner with clients to help them understand ideas.
- Be adaptable, understanding and enforcing that a big idea can come from anywhere.
- Have a strong creative vision and understanding of client/ agency business needs and objectives.
- Proven experience developing B2B marketing campaigns for enterprise technology, SaaS, or cloud-based products.
- Ability to translate complex technical language into human-centered storytelling.
