Outside Sales Representative - Fiber Internet Services (Bend, OR Market)
A rapidly growing fiber?optic internet provider is expanding into the Bend market and seeking motivated, community?focused individuals to join the team as
Outside Sales Representatives . This role plays a key part in bringing high?quality broadband to underserved areas and helping local residents access fast, reliable connectivity.
This position offers a strong base salary plus commissions, with excellent earning potential for driven performers.
Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative serves as the primary driver of new residential revenue. You'll engage directly with prospective customers through door?to?door outreach, educate them on available fiber?internet services, and help match them with the right solution for their household.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new residential customers through door?to?door prospecting and assigned leads. Communicate the value of fiber?optic internet services and guide customers toward the best plan for their needs. Maintain a strong understanding of all product offerings, promotions, and service features. Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams to support local campaigns and market launches. Track sales activity accurately to support performance reporting and KPI analysis. Participate in community events, outreach efforts, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities to support shared goals. Complete all administrative tasks related to sales in accordance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Sales experience is helpful but not required - training is provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Self?motivated, positive, and customer?focused.
Working Conditions
Approximately 90% of work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Minimal time spent in an office environment. Full?time schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday .
Compensation & Benefits
On?Target Earnings:
$100,000-$110,000 annually
$55,000 base salary $45,000-$55,000 in commissions and bonuses
